i learned that there is a time and a place for everything. the way you act at home or hanging out with friends is not necessarily the way you should act at work when professionalism is expected.

The harder you work the more you will be rewarded. People these days think that everything will just fall into their laps and nobody wants to work for what they want. I've also learned that you don't have to make the most money or work in an air conditioned office to be happy. I don't make a whole lot of money but I work for a concrete company and if we are busy I work out in the field sometimes and I come home most satisfied on those days stinking to high heavens and exhausted.
